The Hope Foundation is planning a new cafe and Social Activity project.

To help us do this, we'd be really grateful if you could spend a few minutes answering some questions about the cafe and the activities.

This will help us plan services and facilities which are there for you
- if you tell us what you want then you have more chance of getting it!

The end of term celebration and certificate presentation will be on
Friday 12th December
from 4pm
at Newport Community Centre.

A group will be walking from the Hope Foundation at 3.30pm.
If you are expecting to receive certificates then please arrive before 3.45pm.

The presentation will be followed by a buffet and celidh dancing.
